Village of Malta - Building Demolition Project 2025

This work shall consist of the removal and disposal of building(s), including all foundations, retaining walls, and piers, down to a plane 1 ft (300 mm) below the ultimate bottom of building elevation or proposed bottom of construction elevation. Removals shall include all existing utilities, sidewalks, driveways, decks, landscaping, and trees as indicated on the construction drawings and as directed by the Village or their representative.
