This project includes a 700 sf addition to the existing park building at Priory Park. The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, doors, windows, partitions, roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and site work.
The project also includes a new Splash pad adjacent to the existing park building. The work includes, but is not limited to: site utilities, grading, electrical, plumbing, concrete, and installation of Splash pad fixtures.
Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
1. General contract (all trades).
