Moraine Valley Community College - Building T HVAC Replacement Phase 1

The work located in Building T in Area "4" includes, but not limited to, replacement of Variable Air Volume Boxes, removal of all pneumatic controls, installation of new direct digital controls system, installation of new direct digital controls related to the variable Air Volume Boxes, and related electric power to those boxes and controls.
